Dona Montana Black, 95, of Greensburg, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2017, at her residence.
Dona was born on Jan. 5, 1922, the daughter of Martin and Rosa Belle (Phillips) Underhill. She married William Black in southern Indiana and he preceded her in death on Nov. 24, 2000.
Survivors include two sons, Richard Black and David (Cheryl) Black, all of Indianapolis; five daughters, Erma (Keith) Moore of Greensburg, Donna "Katie" (Carl) Lamping of Oldenburg, Sandra "Sandy" (Jeff) Elsner of Greensburg, Patricia "Patsy" Black Kilgore of Greensburg and Carolyn "Susie" (Bill) Wood of Greensburg; one brother, Kenneth Underhill of French Lick; 24 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters and two infant grandchildren.
Visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, April 6, 2017, from 11 a.m. until the start of the funeral service at 1 p.m. at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home. Burial will follow at South Park Cemetery.
