Marjorie "Jane" Karr, 71, of Indianapolis, passed away Saturday, Feb. 25, 2017. She was born Oct. 28, 1945, in Gnawbone, Indiana, to the late Henry Lelon and Neva Mae (Routier) Mouser.
Jane worked diligently as a nurse for 45 years, retiring from St. Vincent's Hospital.
She was a Christian woman and attended St. Luke's Methodist Church.
Jane is survived by her loving children, Thomas "Keith" Karr, Krystyna Karr, Kimberly; husband, Hector Vazquez; and six beloved grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and nine siblings.
A memorial service begins at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 4 at St. St. Luke's United Methodist Church, Robertson Chapel, 100 W. 86th St.
The family requests memorial contributions to St. Luke's United Methodist Church in support of their Bridges Out of Poverty Program.
