Kirby, Texas - Donahue "Don" Gibson, 81, of Westport, passed away Friday, April 10, 2026, at Baptist Medical Center. Don was born August 31, 1944, in Yamacraw, Kentucky, the Son of Wesley and Adina (Coffee) Gibson.
On July 11, 1970, He married Linda Gibson in Versailles.
Survivors include his daughter, Brandy (Roger) Spencer; son, Donahue (Stephanie) Gibson Jr.; brother, Hobert Gibson; sister, Delia (Earl) Thomas; grandchildren, Grace, Sadie, Rubie, Declan, Lyda, Tyler (Laura) and Zach; and great-grandsons, Silas, Virgil.
Don was a member of the Versailles Church of Christ and worked qt Delta Faucet in Greensburg until retirement after 42 years.
Private services will be held at the Chapel Hill Funeral Home in San Antonio, TX. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salvation Army or American Cancer Society.
