Frank Eldridge, 93 of Oldenburg, passed away at his home February 7, 2025. He was born April 14, 1931 in Letcher County, KY to the late Leroy and Virgie (Caudill) Eldridge. Frank married Syble Cornett Eldridge on May 2, 1950 and she preceded him in death on August 8, 2016. He worked at Roots Blower in Connersville for over 27 years as a machinist, retiring in 1992. Frank enjoyed wood working, gardening, canning and fishing. He was a member and Deacon of Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
Frank is survived by his children, Joseph Lee Eldridge of Connersville; daughters, Naomi Margaret (John) Preston of Greensburg and Linda Gail (Don) Saunders of Lake Santee; brother, Doyle Eldridge; half-brothers, Herbert Eldridge, Bobby Eldridge, Larry Eldridge; sister, Edna Sturgill and half-sister, Mary Adams. He will also be missed by his 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents, wife, infant son, daughter, Frankie Elaine Franks and several siblings.
Services will be held on Monday, February 10, 2025 at 1 PM at Moster Mortuary with Pastor Mike Coyle presiding. Friends are welcome to visit the family from Noon until the time of service in the mortuary. Burial will be held at Orange Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Chapel Missionary Baptist Church.
