Kevin Delaine Froedge, Sr.
Kevin Delaine Froedge, Sr., 62, of North Vernon, passed away on Thursday, September 6, 2018 at IU Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on
February 26, 1956 in Greensburg, the son of Morris & Maxine Joan (Aultman) Froedge. He was born and raised in Greensburg and was a former resident of Indianapolis. He lived the past 20 years in North Vernon. Kevin drove a truck for 18 years with no accidents or speeding tickets and drove 2 million miles with a safe and clean driving record. He had his own appliance store off and on for 18 years. He was a 3rd degree brown belt at the age of 16 and had his own karate school in Greensburg. He enjoyed playing horse shoes, karaoke, fishing and hunting . He is survived by sons, Kevin D. (Heather) Froedge, Jr. of North Vernon, Jerry (Jennifer) Richey of McCordsville; daughter, Alicia Sue Froedge of Mooresville; former wife, Kim Froedge of Mooresville; sisters, Niki Dwiggins of Letts, Ginny Chaney of Georgetown, Kentucky; grandchildren, Payton Froedge, Preston Froedge, Chance Froedge, Kerston Froedge, Cheyanne Froedge, Jayden Froedge, Cameron Watson, Alex Speers, Kaleb Goodwin, Annabelle Burgmeier and Kelsey Lewis. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Kenneth D. Froedge and sister, Barbara Froedge. The family will receive visitors on Saturday, September 15 from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport. Following his wishes cremation will follow.
