Robert L. "Bob" Smith, 79, of the Hopewell Community near Holton passed away at 7 a.m., Sunday, February 4, 2024. He retired from Bonn Aluminum. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 10 at 11 a.m. at the Stratton-Karsteter Funeral Home in Versailles with Rev. Luke Koors officiating. Burial will be in the Hopewell Cemetery. Visitation will also be on Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. Memorials may be given to the Hopewell Baptist Church in care of the funeral home.
