Roselyn F. Quinlan Obituary
Roselyn F. Quinlan, 90 of Greensburg, passed away January 28, 2025 in Morristown. She was born May 5, 1934 in Franklin County to the late John and Evelyn (Wilson) Wingler. Roselyn married her true love Ralph Quinlan on October 31, 1953 and he preceded her in death on December 18, 1990. Together they brought five beautiful children into this world. Roselyn loved spending time with her family reminiscing on her younger years. She loved all animals, deer, wolves, squirrels, and especially cardinals; they held a special place in her heart.
Granny was what she affectionately known as by her grandchildren, great grandchildren and all of their closest friends. She was stronger than most with her ability to overcome and persevere. From losing her father before getting to create memories with him, losing her fist born daughter, Kathy Rose at nine weeks old and helping her only son navigate the loss of three of his own grandchildren. Amongst many other obstacles that she faced, she never let life's trials and tribulations get the better of her. She lived her life by the words "You never give up. Just Keep Going."
Those closest to Granny got to feel her love deeply. She wasn't shy about her feelings and was unapologetic about them. She spent her last day surrounded by those closest to her showering her with the most love there could be.
Granny found hard to live 90 years she had here on Earth and now she relishes in the joy of being with those she's longed for all of these years in Heaven. Though our hearts are missing her, for her peace we are thankful.
Roselyn is survived by her daughters, Vicki Miller of Manilla, Rebecca Quinlan of Greensburg and Lisa Quinlan of Manilla; grandchildren, April (Gary) Stewart, Blake (Melissa) Johnston, Bobbie (Tony) Wyenandt, Quinlan (Tristin Sears) Johnston, Trey (Kennedy) Johnston, Nicole (Bill) Dane, Stephanie Quinlan, Bridget (Charles) John; great- grandchildren, Hunter and Caedon Stewart, Laiyla, Lainy, and Lyial McLane, Sonny Johnston, August, Noheia and Addilynn Wyenandt, Caleb, Allison, Braxton and Rylan Messer and Zach Rankin.
Roselyn is preceded in death by her parents, husband, first born daughter, Kathy Rose, son, Steven Quinlan, 3 great-grandsons, Jacob, Joshua and Christian Quinlan; 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
